Parents must complete and send in the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. Parental income is NOT a criteria for an A+ student incentive reimbursement. Students may receive the incentive for a maximum of four (4) semesters and must be enrolled as a full-time student and maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale at the institution.
